I live high in the mountains of Colorado and teach yoga both in my small town as well as in the bigger ski resort towns around me.  This means I cater each class to the constantly changing abilities of students when I teach near the resorts and then I deliver level II flows or open level slow flows to my regular students in my small town.  I love a strong flow style - vinyasa-ish but sometimes I teach a class with no chaturangas or updogs, so call it whatever you jive with.  I also play the crystal sound bowls for sound baths and I am a Reiki practitioner (level II).  After living and working in the Atlanta metro area for nearly twenty years, my husband and I retired from our custom home-building business and relocated our family to colorful Colorado!  We were tired of driving three days across the country to play in nature out west.  So, we moved out here permanently!  We have a camper van and hit the road with our kiddos, 13 and 11, whenever possible to explore National Parks or other beautiful spaces and places.  Now that my kids are getting older, it is easier for me to leave and seek experiences that serve my purpose in this next phase of life.  Therefore, my ultimate goal is to host retreats around the globe.  One way to learn is by doing, so I am seeking positions where I can experience the world, learn about ideal spaces, and teach in locations and for resorts that may serve that goal one day, possibly being the site of a future yoga retreat.  I love to travel and I love yoga.  The marriage of the two seems like heaven!
