Aimee Leifer

I love bringing yoga, deep stretching, and meditation techniques to diverse people of all levels of yoga from beginner, intermediate, the advanced head standing yogis. Guiding yoga to children to elders brings me so much joy!  By bringing my two passions together, travel and yoga, and meeting people from different cultures, and sharing a sacred space while practicing yoga together just makes me smile ear to ear.
