After getting a Masters Degree in Psychology and spending almost a decade in the counseling field, I became interested in a new way of helping people and delved deep into the eastern healing art and science of yoga. I became a certified yoga instructor in 2013, and since then, I’ve had the joy of sharing this holistic practice of well-being with others.

I love to create a sense of community, and ensure all feel welcome and accepted. My classes provide a joyful and safe space to explore, guided with both knowledge and intuition, always encouraging students to listen to their inherent wisdom. I have taught over 3,000 hours of various types of classes, including but not limited to: vinyasa, power, sculpt, basics, restorative, ananda, yin, nidra, meditation, and workshops. I've had the pleasure of sharing this gift by teaching at various studios, large corporations, health-clubs, wellness centers, government facilities, and through private lessons.

For the last two years, I've been living in Vietnam. My husband is currently stationed there working as a US Diplomat. I've loved being able to teach yoga classes at the US Consulate and provide ongoing meditation and mindfulness based workshops to the diplomatic community there.

Right now I divide my time between Seattle, Washington, where I'm nurturing a new small business venture, and Saigon, where my husband will be based for the next several years.

Beyond work, my heart belongs to travel and adventure, whether it's immersing myself in nature, exploring the waters, embarking on hikes, or snowshoeing through the serene landscapes. Yoga and reading are my sanctuary, and cherished moments with friends fill my life with joy.
