Kiera Paterson-Jones

Movement and instructing has been a priority in my life for the past 7 years. I am passionate about understanding the body from an anatomical & physiological perspective (in relation to movement) as well as reveling in the smile on my students' faces when they feel their bodies move and accomplish physical feats they didn’t believe could be true. My studio teaching style has been described as calm and encouraging, and my classes tend to emphasize physical sensation and the mind-to-body connection (getting students to feel and understand their unique bodies), and I always aim to create a fun, playful experience. My Personal Training clients have described my training style as thorough, educational, fun and effective. In training to be a PT I graduated top of my class with a distinction, and was commended on my ability to curate and execute programmes that catered to specific needs. I have taught Pilates, Yoga (vinyasa, power, yin and pilates-yoga infusions) and Pole Dancing/Fitness, as well worked as a Personal Trainer in a gym and home setting.
