I love to be with people. I am a great communicator that enjoys traveling, hiking, and anything outdoors. I have been active my entire life. Currently, I play tennis once a week, teach 7 yoga classes and 2 weight classes. I enjoy a competitive game of pickle ball when I have the time and golf about twice a month when I can squeeze it into my teaching schedule.
I have 2 very active dogs that I must walk 3 times a day for about a mile each time. This takes up a bit of time but I am dedicated to their health as well as my own.
I am an extremely healthy eater. I have been a strict vegan for the past 7 years and do not drink anything but water. Because my diet is difficult to accommodate in the Midwest, I cook for my family and myself much more than being able to eat out. I love animals and care deeply about the environment. I believe in constant learning through reading, podcasts and taking classes in new and different subjects. I am a long life learner.
