_{Hi my name is Mary, I have been in the fitness industry for over thirty years. I am certified in  cycling, group fitness classes and a personal trainer. I had my own business for 13 years and just retired. I have kept all certifications to teach if I would like to. I hope now that I am retired I can enjoy teaching others while on vacation.}
