Michael's yoga journey began as a means of physical exercise, yet quickly developed into an integral part of his life as he noticed positive shifts in his mind, body and spirit. Increased energy, balanced stress responses, and a better connection to self kept him returning to his mat and eventually led the completion of Shepherdstown West Virginia’s Jala Yoga 200-hour teacher training with Christa Mastrangelo Joyce in 2019. In addition, he is currently on the journey to completing his 500-hour certification with plans of finishing in March 2024. Michael aims to cultivate both physical and mental strength and flexibility in his students. You can expect a mix of modern music and classic postures that combine to facilitate a full and rich experience in his classes. He hopes to lead deeply healing practices by inspiring practitioners to let go and let in.
