Sandra Ireland

I am a Doctor of Chiropractic of 26 years, and have taught various types of fitness classes for over 30 years.  Classes I taught in the past, at various clubs as well as places of employment and schools, include aerobics (both high and low impact), step aerobics, resistance band and dumbbell toning classes, Swiss ball, dance aerobics and flexibility.

I currently have certifications to teach Zumba (certified since 2015), Strong Nation (2016), and yoga (2016).
