Arkadiy Goltser

My name is Arkadiy Goltser and I am 47 years old. I was originally born in Saint Petersburg Russia where I later graduated from Saint Petersburg University of Architecture and Civil Engineering with a Bachelor in Civil Engineering. In the year 2000, I moved to the United States, more specifically San Francisco where I have lived since. I then established my construction family Business in 2001 as a general contractor. My business has continued to grow and bring me success allowing me more time for my passion of practicing and teaching yoga. I was later married in 2004 to my wife Salima with whom I have two daughters, an 18 year old and a 14 year old. My oldest, Elizabeth, has recently graduated highschool and is now attending UC Davis while my youngest, Margot is just now starting her freshman year of highschool. For as long as I can remember I’ve been generally athletic as I practiced many physical activities such as running, a high level of Aikido, Tang Soo Do with my oldest, Bikram Yoga and much more. Since 2015, the year that I met my Yoga Teacher, I’ve been engaging in yoga practice and later developed my own practice which is a mix of  Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Strength and Mobility Yoga. Overall, I thoroughly believe in a balanced lifestyle with emphasis on a healthy diet and the safe practice of yoga. In addition to my Yoga Teacher Certificate, I have a certificate from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as a Health Coach.
