Emily Mulkey

Emily has been practicing yoga for over a decade and teaching since 2022. She completed her 200-hour certification at Sumits Hot Yoga in Springfield, Missouri, and later deepened her studies with additional training in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation. In 2024, she earned her RYT 500 designation through Yoga Alliance.

Emily teaches a blend of vinyasa and restorative styles, with a focus on Yin and guided meditation. Breathwork (Pranayama) is an integral part of all her classes, helping students connect more deeply with both body and mind.

Her teaching style is warm, welcoming, and adaptable to all levels. Whether guiding energizing flows or deeply restorative practices, Emily’s goal is to create a supportive space where students can relax, recharge, and experience the many benefits of yoga.
