Ashley Eyink

I am a graduate from Wright State University with a bachelors in Marketing. I work as a Sales Director for a Senior Living Community full-time and train part-time. I began my CrossFit training in 2007 at Practice CrossFit in Troy, OH. I became a CrossFit L1 coach in 2009 and began training group classes immediately. I got AFAA (Athletics and Fitness Association of America) certification in 2010. In August of 2010 I opened my own CrossFit affiliate and have continued certifications such as; mobility, CrossFit kids, USAW Certificate, and more. I have sold my gym and continued coaching 1:1 or small groups on my own in my local gym. I have a wealth of knowledge for fitness and nutrition.
