Lauren LaComb

Lauren LaComb completed both her 200-hour and 500-hour yoga teacher training courses and has taught over 1000 classes. She has been teaching yoga and mindfulness for over nine years to children, teens, & adults (up to 88 years old!). Her guided yoga practices are primarily vinyasa flow, connecting movement with the breath. Every practice taught focuses on listening to the body, proper alignment, and making it a challenging practice while leaving judgment off the mat. Every class ends with a few minutes for svansana for everyone to relax and absorb the practice.
