I am a fifteen year Fitness Professional and Group Exercise Leader with an M.B.A. I am currently an Independent Boot Camp Instructor, Wellness Consultant and Personal Trainer. I have over fifteen years of teaching various classes as stated above. In addition I work part-time in the Intensive Care Unit for Heart/Liver/Kidney transplants at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. I am a Fitness Champion and military obstacle course competitor.
