Sarah is a Vermont transplant originally from the Finger Lakes Region of Central New York. Sarah has spent the past decade steeped in cultivating knowledge and facilitation of holistic wellness and somatic practices that are grounded in true embodiment and self-exploration.  She is a trained Clinical Herbalist, organic medicinal herb farmer, and yoga teacher (RYTT-200).  She weaves all of these practices together with a lens of connectivity and relationship to Earth, and invites her students and clients to explore their relation to their broader ecosystems through intuitive movement, breath, herbal medicines, and curiosity.  As a skilled facilitator, Sarah brings a sense of grounded safety and playfulness to the spaces she stewards, allowing participants to trust the process of their own therapeutic journeys with new perspective.

Along her journey into holistic wellness, Sarah graduated magna cum laude from the University of Vermont with a BA in Global Studies, Community Development, and Food Systems. She has received two Permaculture Design Certifications and a Professional Certificate in Project Management. She completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Sangha Studio, a Burlington-based nonprofit yoga studio. Sarah co-manages Hillside Botanicals, a certified organic medicinal herb farm and apothecary, and also consults in the natural products industry with companies and leaders invested in regenerating the food system.
