My name is Julie Rechlicz and I have been employed in the fitness arena since September 1998. I began teaching hi/lo for Bally Total Fitness and have expanded my knowledge and training to include kickboxing, cycling, yoga, pilates, strength training, BOSU, resist-a-ball, etc. Every year it is a personal goal of mine to achieve an additional certification as well as keep all of my training current. I regularly attend fitness conventions and constantly bring new skills and knowledge to my students. I have realized that teaching is not for the money, it is for the students and quality of life...things I take seriously, believe, and impart to those who take my classes. I am a dedicated professional who does not sub-out classes, is committed, and continually learns new things and enjoys her job.
