My fitness journey began over ten years ago. Inspired by many teachers and my travelling experience I aim to deliver unique knowledge to my students. I have completed my Group Power qualifications with MOSSA and yoga teacher training specializing in Hatha Yoga and Yoga for Children.
My aim teaching Yoga and Group Power is to facilitate personal transformation, inside and out. I encourage students to stay motivated and learn good habits. I remind them that fitness is about so much more than exercise. It’s a catalyst for positive change, and it affects every aspect of their life.
