Hi,
I am a born educator! Throughout my lifetime, I have pursued opportunities to share movement with others in safe and positive environments. As a competitive collegiate gymnast, I had numerous opportunities to teach at all levels and ages.
I received my BS in elementary education and taught second grade in Cleveland inner-city schools.
During my motherhood years, I maintained my physical and emotional health through running, biking, hiking and triathlon events. Stretching and yoga were essential components of my cross-training. I could keep healthy and recover faster! In 2016, I began my formal yoga instruction to share the benefits of the practices.
I am an enthusiastic and authentic yoga, pranayama, and meditation teacher, and I love to share the amazing benefits of these practices.
