I am a passionate Yoga Instructor specialized in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin and Power Flow. I use intention, meditation, pranayama and asanas to promote true inner peace, gratitude, empowerment and self-love. My students leave each class feeling motivated, refreshed and renewed. I teach in a way that respects diversity and provokes thought and meaning, letting the students experience for themselves. I use an adaptive approach with succinct demonstrations and maximum verbal cues, using uplifting music and speaking with authenticity, spreading calm energy. My approach coupled with hands-on assits invigorate my students and brings forth a love and respect for the science of yoga and all that it encompasses.
