I am a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher with 6+ years of teaching experience. Hailing from Kansas City, I now live in Los Alamos New Mexico with my dear husband of 15 years, Toby, and our three crazy cats. For our tenth wedding anniversary, we traveled to Costa Rica where I fell in love with the unique beauty and culture of that place - and the incredible birding! I love teaching gentle or slow flow yoga in a Hatha style and the idea of combining a trip to a place like Costa Rica and the honor of teaching yoga is a dream.
