Caressa James

Caressa James, has been rocking the Zumba®️ Fitness format as a ZIN™️ member for 11 years.  She is also an AFAA/NASM Group Certified Group Instructor and HIIT Instructor. In 2014, Caressa became a Salsa Rhythm Specific Zumba Jammer™️ ( ZJ™️) and has since expanded her career to take on the role of a Choreography ZJ™️. She travels across the US teaching Zin® Jam Sessions and Master Classes! She was a Livestream presenter for Zumba in 2021 and  has assisted in sessions at the Zumba®️Convention for several years as well as presenting in 2019 and 2022 on the We Move the World and Step into Happy Stage.  Caressa’s magnetic energy and charisma make her dancing style easy to follow and can light up a whole room. Her passion and goal is to create a dance fitness party where you, the participant,  feel loved, accepted and can Fiercely be yourself and shine like the star you are are.
