Magdalena Jaszczynska

Magdalena is a passionate and versatile fitness professional specializing in a wide range of dance-based formats, including Zumba®, aqua fitness, and exercise to music. Her fitness journey began in 2011, when she discovered her love for movement while attending classes at LA Fitness in Dublin, Ireland. Since then, she has developed her own unique teaching style: simple, joyful, easy-to-follow routines set to timeless, upbeat music that guests know and love.

With experience leading everything from small group sessions to large-scale events with 60+ participants, Magdalena creates an atmosphere where every guest feels welcome, energized, and successful. Her cheerful smile and warm personality are her trademarks -she ensures that people of all ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds feel included and uplifted.

Born in Poland and living in Ireland since 2009, Magdalena is also an avid traveler who feels most at home in Latin and Caribbean countries. Fluent in Polish and English, conversational in German, and currently learning Spanish, she loves connecting across cultures. She also shares her passion for fitness and discovering the world with her son, Logan.

Deeply committed to promoting mental health, Magdalena organizes an annual outdoor event, Dance for Joy, every Summer. The event raises funds for The Oasis charity, which provides free counseling for people struggling with depression and anxiety. For her, movement is medicine-an antidepressant in its purest, most joyful form.

In addition to her fitness certifications, Magdalena holds an ITEC diploma in Anatomy & Physiology and is a qualified holistic massage therapist, giving her a well-rounded approach to health and wellness.

Magdalena’s mission is simple: to inspire joy, connection, and vitality through movement, leaving every guest with a smile and lasting positive energy.
