Hi, my name is Amanda and I have been practicing yogs for 10 years now and teaching for the last 3 yrs. I have my 200hr certification and I'm finishing my 300hr and then I'm on to Yoga Therapy. I believe the practice of yoga helps to clear the mind and body of negative energies and balances out our souls. By creating a flowing sequence in either Vinyasa or Restorative, I like to help heal your body, mind and spirit. I welcome you to join me in my practice for relaxation and strength training.
