Hi, I’m Franny!

I’ve been an athlete my whole life, playing every sport you could think off. Soccer was my favourite and I played at varsity level at Algonquin College when I completed my dental hygiene diploma. I worked as a dental hygienist for 10 years but wasn’t fully fulfilled in that field so while working I complete my Yoga Teacher training and Holistic nutrition studies while working part time as a dental hygienist. I taught yoga as a part time job on the side since 2014 and helped coach nutrition clients since receiving my nutrition certification in 2017. In 2020, I quit dental hygiene and started my own health coaching business full time. (accountablecoaching.ca). When I had an injury that took me out of sports for a few years, I completed my certification in Crossfit (2020) so I could remain active while being able to adapt my training to what I could physically do - I also completed a certification with Precision Nutrition in Exercise Nutrition in 2020 to gain some sports specific knowledge. Now my whole life revolves around helping people change their life and create healthy relationships with nutrition and fitness. I think it would be great to be able to take this mission abroad!
