Virginia Lill

Virginia has been a fitness trainer for 15+ years and has taught a variety of formats including cycling, barre, Tabata, strength and yoga. As a new mom and 2x cancer survivor (thyroid and melanoma), she believes that every challenge she has faced along her own fitness journey has made her a more knowledgeable and compassionate instructor. Her mantra, "something is better than nothing and late is better than never," evolved from her understanding that a little bit of effort goes a long way in the end - especially during those uphill battles. Expect a variety of music, moves and motivation!

 

Virginia currently teaches at a studio called Spenga in Austin, Texas, which provides a hybrid format of 20 min cycle, followed by 20 min strength, ending with 20 min yoga. 

 

When she's not working full-time in IT or teaching, she loves to practice self-care with restorative yoga and cozy meditations, explore local vineyards and restaurants, travel (of course!), take up new hobbies, and indulge in any experience that will challenge her mind and body.
