I’m a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor specializing in yoga, Pilates, TRX, and functional strength training. I enjoy helping people of all ages and fitness levels move better, build strength, and feel confident in their bodies. My classes combine mindful movement, strong fundamentals, and energizing workouts in a supportive and welcoming environment. I especially enjoy helping adults stay active, mobile, and strong so they can fully enjoy life and their time on vacation.
