Brianna Diaz

Hello my name is Brianna Diaz and I have a deep love for dance, food, travel, and teaching others how to live a healthy life in their physical and mental being. I became a personal trainer and started Bri•Gainz to empower others to take control of their health, because it seems that we continue to lose it as we adapt to this high pace life. 

I have been to 16 countries, sharing my love for fitness and passion with each breath and step I take. It is truly a lifestyle for me, and I can't wait to share it.
