I discovered yoga seven (7) years ago after I was in a car accident and was rear-ended. Shortly after, I began to experience back issues. I had always been into fitness - Marathons, Triathlons, Crossfit and HIIT. After my accident, I decided to try yoga in order to relieve my back pain. After about a month, I became hooked. I gave up running and focused solely on yoga. I realized that yoga was not only good for my body, but also for my mental and spiritual wellness. After practicing 5-6 times/week for over four (4) years, I decided to register for Teacher Training to expand and broaden my knowledge. I never planned to teach, but after my certification, I was approached by a studio owner and began teaching shortly thereafter. 

I focus on Vinyasa and Hot styles of yoga. My classes emphasize the importance of breath and movement and are known to be both challenging and nurturing.
