I have been working in the fitness industry for 15 years. My weekly classes include step and hi/low aerobics, group cycle, muscle conditioning, shallow and deep aquafit, core and abs and stretch and relaxation. I am passionate about fitness and my focus is to help my participants enjoy fitness as much as I do. I am CanFitPro certified for group fitness and personal training and AEA certified for aqua. I also hold and current CPR certificate.
