Fitness has been an important part of my life growing up and should be a part of every person's life because it has so many benefits. I got into this business because I love to help people and I want to share my knowledge and passion with others. For me, exercise is fun and I enjoy it. It is part of everyday life just like sleep, however you do not need to spend 8 hours doing it. I want other people to have access to fitness and I want people to experience the FUN.
I enjoy teaching a variety of classes from strength training, to cardio, to cycle to yoga. I am a certified Personal Trainer, Cycle Instructor, Group Fitness Instructor, Yoga Instructor, Stretch Specialist and Health Coach. I have a degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Minnesota. I used to compete in Marathons and Triathlons but have scaled back in the last few years because of kids. I love meeting and connecting with people and also enjoy coaching people one on one and in groups. My sessions are more than just fitness, I love talking about life, positivity and about ways I can help people navigate through things in their life and find ultimate happiness.
