Aleasha Asfar

My name is Aleasha Asfar! I have been involved in method of movement since I was 2 years old!! Starting Ballet with Sinclair Acadamy, at the age of 7 I was introduced to Figure Skating where I started a Life Long career! I was highly comprtitve throughout Canada and Internationally for about 6 years, where I started to train in the Pilates Method. At 18 I became a fully certified Personal Trainer, and at 19 I started my intensive training to become a fully certified Pilates Instructor. During this time I also turned Professional and started skating around the world in ice shows, such as Disney On Ice, Holiday On Ice, and most recently skating in a tv series called 'Skate With the Stars'. Last year I opened up my own Private Pilates Studio where I train clients in the Rehab Position, to Professional Athletes!! My passion for Fitness doesn't stop.
