Fitness was a hobby that turned into a lifestyle and passion for me. After giving birth to my first born 4 years ago, I found myself lost; it was truly a challenge to maintain a balance of tending to both my needs and my new born baby girl. I ended gaining a total of 42 lbs postpartum and found myself extremely unhappy, sluggish and just not my best. I took that feeling as a reality check to take control of the one thing that belonged to myself, my health. With consistency, passion and Zumba I was able to get into the best shape of my life and it felt amazing.

When I fell pregnant with my second born, I promised I'd never allow myself to "let go" again. I had a super active pregnancy as I completed a Zumba class just 3 days before I gave birth. As a c-section mom of two, I was down 40+lbs by 4 months postpartum and I felt incredible. My ultimate goal is to show women and men what's possible when you prioritize the time for yourself. You are just one decision away from a healthier life. 

 

I am a great communicator, well liked and love seeing progression as well as change from a day to day. My hobbies include dancing, traveling, bike riding, swimming, snorkeling, hiking and creating new memories with my family. I also enjoy creating artwork and crafts on the beach.
