Teri-Jo (TJ) Hansen

TJ is a dedicated, dynamic and enthusiastic health and wellness professional with education, experience and training in health screening, fitness assessment, weight loss, client motivation, nutrition, and exercise program design. TJ is a graduate of Liberty University where she excelled in her studies and graduated with an MS in Human Performance and Nutrition. 

TJ is compassionate and committed to helping people achieve their health, fitness, and wellness goals with healing practices specific to their medical, emotional and physical needs. 

TJ is an Experience Registered Yoga Teacher trained in Yoga Therapy techniques. TJ uses mindset, exercise, strength training, functional training, proper nutrition and complementary alternative therapies to improve your well-being.

TJ is also a licensed massage therapist, clinical orthopedic manual therapist, and visceral manipulation therapist. She combines her skills and knowledge to help clients and class participants achieve their optimal health and wellness. She inspires clients to become strong and resilient while they improve their overall health and well-being.
