Hi, my name is Dave Filice. Growing up I was always active, competing in multiple sports with a drive to become bigger, stronger and faster. This sparked my interest in fitness and nutrition. For over a decade, I have learning from the world’s top strength and nutrition coaches while applying that knowledge to hundreds of clients and their fitness goals. My strength is my versatility to provide the highest quality training for every client from young athletes, fitness enthusiasts to elite/professional athletes.
While training my clients, I developed an interest in rehabilitation and manual therapy after assisting many clients with a number of injuries. That led me to become a Registered Massage Therapist to advance my ability to assess and treat injury and movement dysfunction. Combined with the study of fitness, nutrition and health, this paved the way for me to bridge the gap of both fields of study and open Full Motion Performance and Recovery.
My mission is helping people live pain-free, active lifestyle’s that will empower participation in daily practices that improve your health, body composition and performance
