Christie Thomas

Christie has many years in training different styles of movement which include dance, martial arts, yoga and parkour. She has been teaching yoga since 2014 to different ages and skill levels in a group class and private setting. She teaches Vinyasa, Power & Yin Yoga, Sculpted and Parkour classes. She is passionate about helping others become more confident with their functional movement, gain a better range of motion and balance.

She likes to set personal fitness goals with her yoga practice and parkour training. She enjoys traveling and has traveled across the US and to London to do parkour, co-leads the DC Area Women's Parkour meetup every month and other functional movement training.
