Virginia Fox

Hi my name is Virginia Fox! I am a native and current resident to Atlanta Georgia. I have always been very passionate about fitness starting at a young age when I became a competitive Latin ballroom dancer. More recently fitness has become even more of a passion of mine and lifestyle because my husband and I purchased a CrossFit gym 2 1/2 years ago. Before then I was certified in body pump, cycle and personal training which continued my love for Fitness and teaching. I have two beautiful daughters that are five and seven. my husband and I just celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary this past year!
