Aimee Wickersham

Hi there, my name is Aimee Wickersham.

I live in Lethbridge, AB, Canada and I teach mobility type yoga classes at a spin/fitness studio. I have a husband and two kids. My oldest daughter who is 13 is special needs and my son is 11. 

We enjoy getting outside as a family like hiking, playing tennis/pickleball, swimming, skiing, walking with the dogs, biking, and lots more! We are very active.
