Taught Group Fitness for all 4 branches of the military in Okinawa, Japan, 24 Hour Fitness and Bally Total Fitness (Tacoma, WA), YMCA and The Edge (Rocky Mount, VA), Belleair Country Club (Belleair, FL). 

Areas of expertise include Bootcamp, Step, Dance/Hip Hop Aerobics, Kickboxing, Water Aerobics, Core/Abs classes, HIIT, Body Scultping, Yoga (but not Yoga certified).
