Anjali Prabhakaran is an ACE certified personal trainer with over four years of fitness teaching experience. She began as a personal trainer at OSU, working individually with clients to build programming to suit their unique fitness goals. She then began working in the group training space, teaching a Kettlebell Fitness class and Buckeye BarBELLES (strength training for women). By applying her personal training experience to group fitness, Anjali is able to bring individualized attention and coaching to the group experience. With her nutrition background and pre-medical education, she is particular skilled in helping her clients understand the ‘why’ behind their movements, translating the science into easily understandable concepts.
