Sadie Bognar

My yoga practice began in college after trying out a class with a friend. I was immediately hooked to the practice for the physical and mental benefits it provided me while juggling the demands of school and work. My yoga practice has stayed with me after college, through graduate school and into my full time work as a speech language pathologist, and now, as a parent. In 2019, after 10 years of consistent practice, I pursued yoga teacher training to learn more about yoga and to share it with those around me. I grew up in northern, Wisconsin and relocated back to the area from Madison, WI, after 10 years away in 2018. My husband and I love calling the area home, and enjoy being outside year round with our young son, Cliff, and Boston Terrier, Mabel. I am also employed as a speech language pathologist at AV-W Elementary School in Arbor Vitae, WI. I strive to empower and inspire all my students both on and off the mat.
