My fitness journey started in my younger years, where I was a dancer and runner. I started getting into fitness in college and really dove into running and establishing fitness plans, encouraging others to join me. Fitness has looked different for me during the various seasons of my life, and I've learned the importance of honoring my body wherever it is. For me, movement is key, and doing it properly is where the real success happens. I've developed successful programs for clients of all ages that have allowed them to achieve their goals while feeling proud of their accomplishments. For me, fitness isn't just how much weight you can lose or how many pounds you can lift. It's more functional, such as being able to squat and pick a toy off the ground while holding a child, or having the mobility to maintain working out late into you 60's and 70's. I'm passionate about fitness and I love being able to teach small and large group classes while also working one-on-one with my clients.
