Karin has a love affair with movement. It all began with her ballroom dance instructor days. The paradox of blending strength with flexibility and stability within fluidity has created an indelible mark on her body and soul. Through years of fitness DVD’s and tapes (still present in her office) and whispering the perfect mantra to inspire her day (a bow of gratitude to Wayne Dyer), Karin saw the light towards her dharma. She expanded her BA in Education and completed Prairie Yoga’s 200 Hour Teacher Training. Also, she has completed advanced instruction with Jill Miller’s Roll Model Method and Yoga Tune Up Certification. This has allowed her to share the benefits of Self-Myofascial Release (SMFR) and unique functional movements that offer pain management, increased range of movement and foundational strength for all ages and abilities. Additional mobility courses with renowned physical therapist Dr. Jen Fraboni round out Karin’s kinesthetic resources. An an experienced E-RYT 200, Karin hopes to enrich the lives of her students with innovative sequencing and positive affirmations…an inspiring practice for mobility, mindfulness and joy.
