My passion for fitness started when I was a little girl. I took gymnastics, dance, ballet and cheer. I knew I loved to move! Later in life an injury took me back to my passion. I began to do physical therapy to heal my body and fell in love with Pilates. It was my rehabilitation for two years after an injury left me in extreme pain. I have been an instructor for Barre, Pilates, and fitness classes for the last 10 years. I have been leading teacher trainings for the last four years. My love for safe and fun movement has helped me cultivate a method that is proven, fun and safe for all levels.
