i was born and raised in Washington DC. I'm former Capitol police officer. The Jan 6 riots in 2021 was my last day at work. Due to injury and mental stress and with me not feeling comfortable iiving in the DC area, i decided to relocate to south Florida Feb 2022. After my move, fitness and working out became my safe place mentally and physically. The love for working out was born. Excercise and motivating  individuals to achieve their goals has been one of my greatest joys in life. Everyday we get an opportunity to make ourselfs better and stronger.
