Tennis is the sport that I love, and even now, when I am no longer a professional or university tennis player I still enjoy and play on the regular bases. For me the best work out is to practice or play a match or sometimes I like to job outside in a nice weather. As well as yoga or meditation help to strengthen my muscles and help me to relax my mind.
When it comes to tennis I like structured practices when you have a curtain topic and you give it a time to master it. I like high volume training and coaching that gives feedback and when the change is implemented you see the result.
