Stacy Campbell

I have been taking group fitness classes for 15 years, teaching for four. I teach step aerobics weekly followed by a strength-training Powerflex class. I also teach Spinning classes and pilates. I am a big promoter of incorporating cardio and strength training into your workout routine and trying different modes of exercise. When I'm not teaching I am taking classes from other instructors to learn from them and get new ideas. I also regularly attend continuing education classes and keep up to date reading fitness magazines. Exercise has become a very important part of my life.
