From overcoming four knee surgeries in four years to achieving professional soccer success in Sweden, my fitness journey is a testament to resilience and passion. Alongside playing, coaching soccer for eight years, and completing races like Tough Mudder and Spartan, I expanded my horizons with diverse activities – from hiking and paddleboarding to yoga, mountain biking, and scuba diving.
Beyond the soccer field, I pursued academic excellence through college credit weightlifting courses, blending practical experience with theoretical knowledge. This holistic approach shaped my understanding of fitness. As a personal trainer, I now share my journey and expertise, guiding others on their paths to wellness.
