I am 27 yrs. old, and was born in Chicago, Illinois. I graduated from Florida State University and decided to pursue a career in the fitness industry. Working at the training center, have provided me the oppurtunity to train wonderful individuals that are now teaching fun, creative, and challenging classes. I enjoy teaching classes to all populations and fitness levels.
