Fawn Gonyeau

I am a full time Personal Trainer and an instructor at the fabulous upscale Powerhouse Gym, in Birmingham, Michigan.  As my Professional Experience above mentions I have been teaching since I was 15 years old. At the age of 14 I began taking aerobics classes at an upscale aerobic studio in Birmingham, Michigan where I grew up. I quickly became a dedicated regular and picked up on the moves which I executed to perfection. I was frequently asked to teach with various instructors and at 15 became part of the team. I did venture out to other clubs when I turned 16 and became a certified instructor and was able to drive. I continued to teach when I went to college at U of M and Eastern Michigan University. At EMU I conditioned the boys Baseball team for two years. I also was a guest insturctor for the Detroit Lions. I've continued to teach group fitness classes and Personal Train all ages. To this day I enjoy the adrenaline, excitement, and the joy I get helping people to become fit and healthy. A huge plus for me is that most people think that I'm still in my early twenties and are amazed at my strength and endurance.
