SARA GROTE

My name is Sara Grote and I have been teacing yoga since 2013. I have taught everything from vinyasa yoga to gentle classes. I created and ran my own teacher training for a local fitness club that I directed yoga at for over 4 years. 

I truly love teaching yoga and taking it with me wherever I go. Any time I travel I do my own yoga or find local classes so I feel grounded.
