Kyah Van Loo

I am a certified group fitness instructor who specializes in teaching cardio/strength based workouts like Bootcamp, Body Sculpt, Circuit classes and Spin classes. I received my certifications in 2019 and have been teaching since January 2021. I make my classes fun, engaging and the participants definitely get a good sweat. I like to bring the energy to my classes so the participants get excited to come back. I always focus on a well rounded workout so no matter what your goals are you still get to work all the muscles in the strength based classes. I make sure my classes are engaging with music that makes you want to dance.
